Understanding Zeropark bid and traffic

Hello!! I've been this days trying to buy traffic in Zeropark but there is something that I don't understand. I am trying to buy carrier traffic, not an obscure one but a common one in the GEO. 1 tier.

The thing is that even I have bid high I receive very little traffic, and here is the question. When I look into the targets list in the campaign I see something like:

victor-rem-4kcNQm5i 657,036 0 $0.00 0 $0.00 $0.00 $0.0000 1

657,036 is the available traffic in that target and the last digit is my bid position, but as you see it has bought 0 visits. How could it be? It's hard to believe that in those 657,036 there is no visit for this carrier.

Thanks!!

I didnt run any traffic with zeropark recently, so not sure if they made some large changes, but with other sources that operate in a similar way, this usually means one of the following:

1. you're #1 bid in the particular platform/source, but some other exchanges that resell the same traffic, has way higher bids
2. the placement is gone
3. your campaign has been blacklisted for that placement
4. the vertical you are pushing has been blacklisted for that placement
5. the whole platform/source has been blacklisted for that placement
6. all volume on the placement has been sold to someone else

Basically the only thing you can do here is to try bidding higher for that particular placement (whitelist campaign) and see if the traffic starts coming in.

Matuloo has just cracked it down. We should add also, that you may have way too harsh targeting settings, and BP1, unfortunately, doesn't give the insights on such kind of offers. To find the truth we need your e-mail address and the name of the campaign, PM that to us and we'll make an investigation.
