Exoclick bans blinking/flashing banners...

I'm sure those of you running Exoclick have seen this compliance update. Yes, this is an industry where one moves on and adapts, but curious if anyone has thoughts!

Fortunately, if you already have elements like this in existing campaigns, you can still unpause those and run there, as long as you dont trigger a re-approval Many of my best banners for adult carrier billing involve blinking/flashing elements (particularly on 300x100), including my "go-to" initial test banners, which is unfortunate for new GEOs I've yet to run, time to get creative!

Trying not to get excluded out of Google's mandatory ad blocker coming out next year?

Let's wait what they consider a "disruptive manner" ... it's possible that they will simply put some rules in place that limit the usage of such tactics ... trafficjunky has this in place for years for example, they don't allow animated banners everywhere, but if they do, there are some limits on frames per second the allow etc ...

I can't say I'd be happy about this change, but lets not panic before we have some more info. Would be nice if they actually define what they deem disruptive instead of leave us guessing ...
