Well the video says "Ready to start your own website? All you need is web hosting!"
First thing I'm thinking is no, you need a domain name and design too.
Then you ask them if they aren't sure what hosting is.
If people aren't sure what hosting is how did they end up on your page? If they don't know what hosting is, this is geared to super beginners you should lay out the basics of making a website (register a domain name, hosting, getting your design) first to put it in context and maybe explain that you will teach them all of it IMHO.
I think you need to give a more information about your service to add credibility because why would you give away hosting free?
oh yeah, I also didn't scroll down and see your text underneath the video.

Still think I had a few points there.
Looks cool but a bit too much like a $1999 product launch optin page. So if this is targeted at the IM niche then I would probably make some drastic changes.
But looking at the vid I dont think your going after the IM niche so it should be fine.
Maybe have the testimonial that is at the botton moved to above the fold.
Out of interest -> how are you monitizing it and are you just using a whitelabel service?
every donkey know they need to have hosting to host their sites. If you show them what they can do with their sites with your hosting, I bet they will sign up, think geocity and angelfire !

Firstly, this is not aimed at IM people. I am just here to provide free hosting. At the moment, with very little SEO it gets 20, active signups a day and I am planning on shortly increasing the SEO and then become a big hosting provider.
At the moment, it actually costs me NOTHING to run this only time so my goal is not to advertise and make money with it. My goal is to grow.
In the past, I basically did what I have seen all the other web hosters do. Show my package types, costs etc. Then I decided to add a squeeze page and its looking good
And you do only need web hosting, because I provide the domain name 
Focus on newbie's technically disabilities, most of the newbie either they are searching for particular features your hosting can provide or some web tools which make their life easier, blogger is a good site you can modeled after. if you focus on the right things, the outcome will follow. Wrong thing, less preferable outcome. you're doing the other way round.
