I remember them when they were still Adsense Flippers.
Building a bunch of ecommerce sites and flipping them can be a very lucrative business model. There are many sites on Flippa that are ecommerce sites. And focusing on one task and getting really good and efficient at it can make for a great business model.

Just goes to show we all have to think differently to succeed.
Most people didn't think of this as a business opportunity and these guys did and are now doing pretty well for themselves. I'm happy for them!
