How do you find the particular offers?

I'd be glad to start a discussion about how you can find the right mobile offers to promoting. As all we know the most relevant spice in the green campaigns are the offers. In my opinion there are several way to seek out the gold offers. But I cannot find the right one so far.
I'm going to try give some subjective pro and contra for these.

1. Ask your affiliate manager
Reach out your AM on Skype and ask some recommended offer.
+ AMs can see the internal stats, they know the market
- the numbers can be swindler. I tried recommended offers unsuccesfully in the past.

2. Spy in a tool
Use Adplexity or something like this to make decisions.
- hard to find the particular offer in the redirect chain
- get AV install and iphone winner LP-s everywhere

3. Aff network's features offers
Use the aff networks internal tool (in example Mobidea provides the "oppotunies" feature)
- illusive numbers same as AM reccomendation

4. Intuitive
Choice a likeable vertical and collect as much as possible offers from several aff network
+ test offers quantitatively
- maybe you will test overdue offer


What do you think about these? How do you do that?

Adplexity seems to be close to dying, must be all those affiliates blocking adplexity.

Hardly any Landers showing up.

I think you are overestimating the capability of affiliates to block adplexity I still see a lot of stuff there, especially on the adult version... not sure which ones you are using.

Most certainly, and there are multiple ways, if you have the right coding skills. I haven't seen any of my cloaked landers to appear on Adplexity ever. You can either block their servers (how would you know their IP addresses is a whole different question, but it is doable) or prevent their web crawlers from taking screenshots of your landers. The latter can be done with some JavaScript knowledge and basic understanding of how things work.
