CPI on Facebook? Whitehat

Hello,

I'm gonna wet my feet wet on Facebook and I was thinking if utilities apps and games are a good option.

Anybody is running CPI on Facebook? Any advice?

What other options have I, if I want to run white hat?

Thank you very much in advance.

Issac

Hey Issac,

Most people seem to run e-commerce offers, even if they don't have their own store, when they do white hat Facebook.

I think games are a decent option but I don't know of any specific affiliates running games on FB. Utilities should be a bit harder to get nowadays.

Checking out the podcast Eric from iStack Training does also could give you some ideas. Facebook is a big topic there now.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wVs1C8ZdMw - latest podcast where they talk a little about the topic.

I suggest listening to the other ones too, they all touch on the verticals you can run white hat on Facebook.

Cheers,
Manu.

Hi Isaac!

Based on our experience, CPI are doing well on Facebook and we have affiliates working this way. Facebook does not mind that you promote apps, and even suggests you create "app installs" campaigns. Although, those seem like are only for developers, since the link you set in the campaign has to take the user directly to the app store.

So, normally affiliates would create a blog or a landing page, through which the users are being redirected to the affiliate link.

Nevertheless, E-commerce is growing, and there is always something that you could do, always a niche you could take. So if you are open for the e-commerce, Manu is right, it's definitely a way to go.

Good luck
