Adcombo support can't answer a simple question!? Help! (10)

I'm asking their online support "Jose" what token to use to pass click ID to their offer URLs and he has no idea about it! I asked multiple times and he tells me click ID is passed to postback URL through cid token. I keep explaining I'm asking about the token I need to pass click ID to OFFER URL and NOT postback, forget postback it's already set up but he tells me he already replied! and ignores everything I say after that, then terminates chat session and ignores replying anymore. Is this how their support is really? Interestingly everywhere I search about them I only read good reviews. Ella is good sometimes but not always available.

So guys can you please tell me that token I need to use in order to pass click ID to their offer URLs? Is it cid, clickid, or whatever? at least they pay it seems.

So many networks have problems with this ... I don't understand why they don't have a sample Voluum/thrive/funnleflux/Adsbridge URL plastered on their walls already ... it would be so easy and could savye them so much time. You figured it out right though, it's clickid.

It's funny. I asked this to my affiliate Manager in Adcombo and she didn't even reply. That was a week ago. Anyway, thank you for posting the answer.

In this regard, some points should be highlighted. Jose is a new support manager in AdCombo; he has been working for a couple of weeks. Hence, he might not have managed to learn the complete technical matter during this little period of time.

We also looked through you chat history with Jose - he has provided you with the link to AdCombo help section (we can send here a screenshot), so he tried to help you as far as he could. We do sincerely apologize for the situation that you are working with the manager who hasn’t manage to learn all the needed documentation yet.

This wasn't particularly aimed at your network actually But I've seen so many affiliate managers having problems with this, that I really think it should be the first thing that new AMs learn ... after all, there is quite a limited amount of trackers on the market, so it wouldn't be that complicated in the end.

Guys, I had party with Adcombo team in Cologne, Germany @ Dmexco. They are very nice, friendly and helpful so just had to update this thread and tell you I enjoyed partying with them! And I also got a $100 Adcombo gift card from Ella at their booth! And already started some campaigns made $520 so far. Gonna push more traffic to their great offers after I get back home.
