Cannot see placements in Voluum
Hi,
When I click V1:target in Voluum, I cannot see placements, just see "Unknown". But in the tutorial by Payne, when he clicks on the button, there are many placements shown. I'm doing Afflow Arbitrage with Zeropark. Thanks!

That is weird. Voluum should track Zeropark's parameters automatically.
Can you please show a screenshot of your Zeropark traffic source settings in Voluum?

This link should help. Sources are broader compared to targets, generally I think you'd want to focus on targets since you'll be able to fine-tune on a deeper level.

Interesting, I cannot see "Target" tab in my Zeropark dashboard, and I cannot make individual bids on sources. Is it related to my campaign setup?

Thanks.

This is VERY weird!
You need to contact Zeropark/Voluum support and ask them why you're not seeing the targets tab in zeropark or target stats in Voluum.
As for the difference between sources and targets: Zeropark brokers from a lot of other traffic sources - these are what "Sources" are. then the "Targets" are the individual placements from each source.
Some sources have higher quality than others, so if you're seeing a lot of bad-converting targets in a specific source, it would help to pause the source. Or, if you're seeing lots of well-converting placements in a source, you can increase the bid for the source to get more of the traffic.
Please let us know what support says - I haven't seen this before and would like to know what happened.

Hi, Amy
Zeropark PMed me saying individual placement adjustment is only available for Standard and Premium sources. Since I'm running on remnant traffic, this option is not available.
Thanks for your help.

Ah! No wonder then.
I haven't run on zeropark since they recently started segregating traffic into premium, standard, and remnant. Need to run some traffic there sometime just to familiarize myself with the new changes.
Thank you very much for reporting back to let me know!
