How to Run and Affilaite Program with a Clickfunnels Funnel (2)

I am helping some guys with sending traffic for a skincare product that they have. Their funnels is built on clickfunnels 100%.
Apart from driving traffic on their own they also are looking into having affiliate networks join the fan 
As far as I can see , you can put a javascript code on a clickfunnels page but I was wondering whether any of you guys know if they can set up an affiliate program for a clickfunnels funnel and give recurring commissions etc to other affiliates?
Ps: They don't wanna go with Clickbank ( has an integration with clickfunnels).
As long as you can make unique URLs and implement either S2S postbacks or C2S image/iframe pixels on a clickfunnels page, you can set up an affiliate program.
You can also always work with Google Analytics Conversion tracking for ecomm. Very easy to implement as well. Its basically google's C2S pixel so you can track all conversions in the Analytics dashboard.
