Payment Gateway/Merchant Account (1)

Hey everyone! We are located in Ukraine, our business is registered in Ireland and our bank is in Latvia. We cannot use Shopify Payments, cause they need us to have bank registered in same country as our company. Stipe is not an option as well, cause they do not support Latvian banks. Does anybody have any Gateway/Merchant guys in mind, who can work with Ireland/Latvia/dropshiping/0 transaction history case? It does not necessary have to be Shopify integrated though. If there is any such payment service on WooCommerse or Magento, we will migrate there. Thanks!
