Hello, I'm taking a few weeks off, so I decided to cancel my subscription with Adplexity for now. My subscription ends next Thursday and I'm trying to contact them through their chat service (Intercom) and by email (support@adplexity.com). It's been more than a day and I still don't have an answer from them. In my account there's a line saying this: “Mobile competitive intelligence subscription - next rebill 08/25/17” so I'm a bit worried. Is there a way to cancel my subscription manually? I can't find a way to do it. Thank you.
Strange. I'd resend it/log a ticket again. They cancelled mine in 9 hours time. Definitely worth chasing up.
Is it possible to cancel the subscription for a few weeks then enable it again and still have access to old favorites? and pay the same monthly price? or a whole new subscription will be needed?

Hello. Adplexity already answered and my subscription has been cancelled. They have told me that if I want to subscribe again, they will apply the same discount I had. I'll surely subscribe again when I finish my vacations. Thank you for your help
