what is your conversion rate on
My conversion is very bad with 0.02% (with Facebook ads) are you have a conversion trigger and tips ?
Not an e-commerce expert but;
- design and logo look a bit outdated and cheap
- you handle big discounts, but they are not presented very appealing
- you need to add reviews, quality marks etc etc to make people more exciting to buy from you (and trust you)
Hey casa47, can you share your campaign details, like targeting, campaign data, ads, etc.? Not an eCommerce expert either but I'm sure the experts can help you find out why your conversion rate is what it is.
Agree with both members above.
It would really help if you could provide more info on the FB side of things, in addition to showing your website.
By the way, vertical climbers seem to be gaining popularity - may be a good type of product to add to your site.

That's up from the 3% it was a few months ago - before we started working on it
Traffic is all organic & search
As already has been mentioned by everybody else - would be good to know who you are targeting and what your message is. Because I would think there's a huge disconnect between the ad and what your site is offering.
