One idea, which I confess I haven't tested myself since I am not interested in fashion stores, is to look for local big markets that sell clothing. This is coming from my experience in Romania where the situation is like this:

- There are small clothing shops all over the place.
- They buy from bigger stores in a bigger city in the area.
- The bigger store buys from Bucharest or another major city and they buy in bulk.

If you research this chain in Romania, Poland, Slovakia or so, you might be able to find some people willing to dropship for you. I think you are not very likely to find a website that does it as good as Ali does it, because this flow I explained is pretty common and fulfils a good amount of demand.
