- They spent what looks like hours helping you get setup
- They repeatedly tell you that optimizations are not visible in their back end
- You see an improvement of between 20% -35% in post engagement
- You dont seem to understand anything, despite the guy trying to explain
- You are using other tools at the same time, that most likely impacted Trapica's performance

The thing of this is… the system is very new, is buggy, the UI is a mess, and seems to be not working well, weeks without any change ( to new campaigns without configure )

For example:

I was maked 12 ad sets with identical configuration, identics ads. But all differents bids… the system do any change on it….

What the owner say :

The bids are changing only when they needed to be changed, if the platform getting good results and to the right audience with the bids that we already have it’s not been changed

It’s testing from targeting perspectives, it’s also don’t need to make changes to test as it can it internally.

Nobody is forcing you to be a customer man, it looks like you gave it a pretty extensive test and knew all the limitations - but still decided to keep using the tool.

I suspect you are not the ideal customer for their system, likely it works best with big brands buying a lot of traffic - not boosting fan pages

I have no experience with the platform, so I have no idea if it works or not, but it seems from the chat that there are some communications issues ... the CEO of the company is trying to answer chat questions (to someone who is doing a free trial) and as far as I can tell seems to be providing reasonable explanations.
