How Do You Contact JumpTap?...

Hey chaps,

Some help would be appreciated!

I've setup an account over at Jumptap, added funds, created a campaign and uploaded some banners however, my campaign won't run.

First, I receive an email stating my daily budget needs to be set at $25 per day (although they have a minimum daily spend of $1), but then all my categories are rejected.

How do I even contact them? I'm directed to their 'self help section' from every which end! Does anyone have a contact email (appart from the form on their main website - which they don't answer.

Cheers!

FWIW the minimum budget used to be $1 about a week ago and just got bumped to $25 even though it still says $1.

I just had something similare, put some camps up with 10 dollar budgets and had to wait 7 days only to have them declined for insufficient funds, which i presume relates to the new 25 minimum.

As you say contact is very difficult.....maybe unless you are a big spender.

Contact with jumptap haven't been any problem at all for me.
When I signed up I got setup with a AM right away.

That new $25 daily limit sucks but guess a lot of people is gaming their system.

Thanks guys. I increased my daily budgets to $25 p/d and waited a couple of day but nothing changed. Ahh well, onto the next provider.

My AM started answering my questions when I set daily budget to $250.
It doesn't mean you have to spend it all. You can limit it on the campaign level.

Frustratingly slow over there recently! I got a rep by emailing the info@

If you have your campaigns paused, they don't even review them. It doesn't work like Facebook.
So just set your daily limit to something $25+ (make it bigger for them to notice, you can always bring it lower later), set your campaign start date to a few days in the future and then it should be 24-48 hours (their standard time) for ads to be approved.

Oh, that's why it took a week to get my paused ads reviewed.

Cheers sabon!

I had the same issues. Original campaigns denied because budget was too low, took like 30 hours to disapprove. This time they took 2 days, and only approved my categories, but not my ads. Really annoying.

I've removed Jumptap reviewers from my Christmas card list, will be sending them to Facebook reviewers instead.

Make sure you check that your ACCOUNT Budget is more than your CAMPAIGN budget. Unfortunately like a tool that's happened to me before.

Account Daily Budget set to $1,000,000.00
Daily Budget set to $1,000.00

Cpc set to .75 on 2 different categories.

I did get 4 total clicks, that were from India, even though I have country targeting turned on for USA/UK/AU/NZ only.

Any ideas?

Rep I have sucks ass too, takes a few days to get a reply.

My rep doesn't seem to know a lot about am, but he did tell me if u set up a campaign and want it approved quick, u need to set a daily budget of $225. If u have a campaign rejected, u basically need to re-create that campaign. I had a campaign knocked back because of budget set under $25, then upped budget to $25... U need to make a new one, they won't approve campaigns rejected coz of low budget, then upped to minimum.

TIP

If u want more cheap clicks, set ur campaign at $25, then when that blows out, up it in $5 increments. I had more clicks on the $10 extra I spent than the original $25

You don't need to recreate the entire campaign. Just go to the categories /keywords delete all of them and re-add them all. Then un-pause the campaign.
