Anyone have tips on how to increase my overall website speed for mobile, along with speeding up my product pages?
I know stuff like: optimize image, use a website testing etc etc.
Any other solid, non-intuitive ones that I can implement? Like should I hire a coder to eliminate unneeded code or something?

As stated before. Give us more details about your setup. A URL would help a lot too.
As the other members said above, it would help to tell us which framework you're using.
If you're using wordpress, which is a popular choice, then the 2 main things you can do for speed are 1)use as few plugins as possible - stay away from the clunky ecommerce plugins, and 2)use a simple, fast theme - do a search on "fast wordpress themes" and you'll find some.

There's AMP, accelerated mobile pages, but it's quite stripped down so won't work for all types of content.
