Question: TrafficVance Strange Behavior?

i used TV for a couple of years now, from what i have noticed is that:

1.domain and domain.com is blocking each other, for example,
if you have a domain.com and add domain, the traffic for domain.com significantly decreases, when i remove domain, the traffic goes back up again.
Anyone noticed the same thing?

2. Another thing i noticed with TV, is that some very high activity keywords are giving very low impressions, even though you are the first bidder.

3.I also noticed that even when you are first bidder but still increase your bid even higher, your impressions goes up, seems like there are some invisible bidders that you don't see

anyone noticed any of that, would love to hear any answers/suggestions

ive noticed 2 and 3 but not 1.

Re: 3 - thats probably cause someone else is bidding on a part of the URL or site with a higher bid then you.

for example, say your bidding for amazon.com

if I bid for mazon.com and bid higher then you you wont see me competing with your in TV. But if you then start increasing your bid past my bid, you start getting more of the traffic.

you mean amazon.com will compete with mazon.com even though these are different urls?

As for number 3 , I know for a fact that the higher you bid the more impressions you will receive.

Their algorithm doesn't work in terms of ranking but on bid price.

So if there are only 2 bidders on a url , if one pays 1 cent and the other 2 cents , he will get double the traffic.

Now if the second bidder increases his bid to 3 cents he will get 2/3 of the traffic and so on.

Yeah I'm experiencing the same thing. High traffic url with the activity bar, nobody else bidding on it (or at least it's showing Rank: 1, bid .011), and I'm only getting like 150-250 impressions a day. I'm about to call my rep over there and find out, anyone else reach out to them yet?
