Is this network suitable for use in the sense that they log every click. Is there any risk in this regard in the sense of a black hat? Or facebook will never bother with such trivialities and just bans the account and this ends up
And the logs for really crazy cowboys who like to beat numbers of stranger cards in stores
I doubt anything will happen besides FB closing your account. It's probably for serious criminal activity.
depends what you are clicking 
They route all adwords / google clicks through a datacentre so you cant abuse it etc
