Getting traffic but not any click or conversion - Newbie (3)

Hello,

actually i'm newbie. i just joined few days ago on STM. after join i read a nice newbie guideline "Setting Up Your Very 1st Camp (Voluum Version)" & start my 1st campaign bashed on this article. i did as per line to line (but i can smell that something is wrong from my side). 1st of all i'm getting traffic but no click or conversion at all. well i can't see the clicks on Voluum 'coz i setup direct campaign but as per my knowledge i should see the clicks on my network (i'm promoting offers from @Mobidea), unfortunately i also got nothing on there without the Visitor, idk if they mean clicks via visitor or something like that. please correct me if i'm wrong.

2nd thing is that i'm promoting my offers of Preopellerads. i target everything on my campaign like country, connection, carrier & devices. but when i check voluum and Mobidea i saw that few traffics are come from other countries, connections, carriers and devices. idk whats the problem.

so guys whad should i do now. should i change the offers or have any problem on my settings.

Hey there,

When you see "visits" in voluum, it actually means clicks unless you have set up a pre-lander in the campaign settings.
Basically their reporting shows clicks/views from the traffic sources as "visits" and clicks on your landers as "clicks"

So as long as you are seeing visits, everything is fine.

As far as conversions go, if you can't see conversions in the affiliate network panel that means you are probably not getting any conversions with your current traffic.
However if you see conversions in the affiliate network panel, but not seeing conversions in voluum, it would probably indicate that your postbacks aren't set up correctly
