Recently a buyer approached me wanting pay per call leads. For them it's a no-brainer - compared to web leads you're getting a 100% contact rate from people who have actually bothered to make a call - so their level of interest is presumably much higher. As a result you can charge a lot more for a call than a web lead.
Returns/scrubs are simple as it's done on call duration. They would have a minute to qualify the call, after which point it becomes chargeable.
Since Google re-allowed mobile-only campaigns a year or so ago, pay per call surely will overtake traditional web leads?
I just wondered if anyone has tried it, and with what results? Do you find the volume is too low - are people too reluctant to 'click to call' or does this depend on the product? For example if I was looking for a funeral plan/insurance quote etc I would want to speak to somebody to find out exactly what the cost would be, what's covered etc.
Just wanted to know if anyone has had any success with pay per call?
Short answer - yes!
We have been looking at taking an invoca licence to expand our network into ppcall for the UK.
However we are still refining our process publisher side with the established US ppcall networks...we are doing respectable numbers here.
BTW hendford something in your past posts made me wonder did you used to hangout on A4U forums a decade or so ago?
Thanks, and yes! Those were the days...
