Very very interesting!

I suppose the point would be for each of us to figure out which areas we're lacking in, and make changes to compensate for them to achieve Ikigai.

Bookmarked - good exercise to do at night before bed.

Just because a lot of Japanese people can''t achieve Ikigai, doesn't mean it's not a worthy goal to strive for.

Just my personal take.

But yeah - Japan is one of the worse countries to live in for working-class people:
