No data on Voluum

Hi. I'm not sure what is going on with Voluum, but I found out that it doesn't keep the data after the traffic source stops running. I left my traffic source (Popads) running for five hours and all the data was visible on my Voluum campaign (cost, ROI, clicks, etc.). After the campaign stopped and Voluum wasn't receiving any traffic, all the data went to zero as you can see on the image:

Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? How long does Voluum hold the data to analise it later?

I have made 3 conversions on this campaign according to my AN but I can't see from where since Voluum does not show any data. I have also opened a ticket to the support group in Voluum, so maybe they can also clarify what's the issue. Thank you.

Maybe you are looking at data from today and there is no data since the campaign is paused? Try changing the time frame to last 3 days or last 7 days in Voluum.
