Warming up FB ads and profile accounts

Hi, I am constantly get banned on facebook. If not banned then they ask for photo verification, and after that they still ban me... My facebook profile accounts and ad accounts (business managers) receives bans... Can you guys tell me some tips on how to avoid being banned fast?

Like, should I buy aged account/with or without friends/PVA?
How long should I do normal things on facebook like adding friends, liking photo's... Before starting to buy traffic?
For how long should I maintain facebook page, like adding posts before starting to buy traffic?
How long should I spend money on white hat niches to warm up account?
Should I use a private proxy or buy small servers for accounts.
After what time/traffic should I change my domain name?

P.S I use cloaker.

Every tip would be very useful for me, because I am a complete beginner when it comes to facebook...

Soon I will release a very interesting tool to farm accounts easily yourself, or get to work directly with warmed up accounts already. Before answering your questions, bare in mind to act as natural as possible. Any thing Facebook might find suspicious, please avoid it.

Like, should I buy aged account/with or without friends/PVA? Doesn't really matter. You can buy an aged account with or without, just make sure the account has at least 50 friends or so at the end.

How long should I spend money on white hat niches to warm up account? Buy likes for a certain interest FB page you make. Set budget on 1 dollar a day and proceed with this a month, but with pauses and adjustments on the ad. After that you can slowly running WH or BH on low budget and build up etc.
Should I use a private proxy or buy small servers for accounts. Residential ip's are a must nowadays.

Well I cant control payment details at the moment, as I am renting accounts, which are indian, as they convert USD and fill my balance with INR.

Are you talking about those residential proxies which changes ip on every request?

That might also cause a flag to be raised if FB sees an IP change on every request.

It's normal people check their FB on different ip's/locations. But on every session a new IP is asking for trouble ofcourse.

Yeah try to get somwhat static IPs. If you are renting accounts you can try to get your stuff done through the persons IP/PC that you are renting from
