I copy and pasted offer link from
With the landing pages hostings and
Are you from the geo the offer is targeting?
That's the first issue usually, and most affiliate networks redirect you to other offers if you are not part of the targeted traffic.
You can ask them to turn off that feature for you usually - it's more often than not a "bug" instead of a feature since it makes your campaigns get paused quite often since they don't use the same detection system as the traffic sources so you end up with people going to the wrong offer.
yeah, I'm in a different GEO, I just want to see what my users seeing, just to make sure landers are setup properly.
Is asking networks to turn the feature off the only way to check ?
Is there a check list for noobs to make sure everything to setup properly ?
It's not the only way but it's the easiest.
The alternative is to connect to a VPN and use your phone (or an emulator) so you look like a targeted visitor. That is not 100% reliable though, since these redirects are getting better and better at detecting emulators and non-residential IPs.
I used to check very often when starting out, in my first 4-5 offers that I setup. After that, I started to know how it looks when it's properly set up and never manually checked offers.
What you could do is:
1. Setup campaign and include your country in the targeting on
2. Ask affiliate network to disable the geo-redirect for the offer.
3. Visit your
4. Verify that the offer page is the one that you signed up for.
You can also ask your affiliate manager to send you a screenshot of how the offer page looks like so you know what you are sending traffic to if you want to adjust other parts of your funnel to that.
