What does it mean by "Running Agressive"

Hi everyone,

I read a few threads in the forum and people discuss about running aggressive as well as the risk we may have to bear. I do not really understand the term "running aggressive". Can anyone help me to explain . I am doing pop traffic.

Many thanks
Tien

Aggressive means walking on the edge so to speak. Both traffic sources and offers owners (affiliate networks) have some rules on what is allowed and what is not, when it comes to selling the products. Running aggressive means either walking the fine line or directly breaking some of those rules.

Let me give you an example: Antivirus offer owners want you to use headlines like : "Protect your phone ... you might have a virus ..." Obviously, these offers convert better when you scare the user, so think about a headline like "You have a virus!!!". The first headline is ok and allowed, the second one is not and using it means running aggressive.

There are obviously various levels of aggressiveness, the best is to learn how to stay in the middle ... let's call it that way. So pushing the limits a bit, but not just posting lies and false claims.
