I can't see the ROI in Voluum (4)

Hello. I have two campaigns being tracked on Voluum. One witn PopAds and the other with Propeller. I can see the ROI on the PopAds campaing but not on the Propeller campaign. The link that goes on Propeller is ends like this: campaignid={campaignid}&visitor_id=${SUBID}

I suppose something is missing. The Popads links has more variables. What token do I have to add to see the ROI in Voluum? Thank you.

Are you using the same offers for both? Do you see revenue reported? Do you see costs reported?

Maybe show a screenshot, but it looks like wrong config - either the traffic cost or offer payout will be setup wrong.

You're not seeing ROI for propellerads because this traffic source does not give us the option of posting costs back to Voluum.

And of course without costs, Voluum can't calculate the ROI.

You can, however, manually update costs for propellerads camps in Voluum.

When you do so, you'll see the ROI show up.
