Thoughts on casino offers?

So, I've been seeing a lot of people lately cashing in on casino affiliate offers. Judging from the activity on their creatives and other metrics, I have no doubt they are making some good pocket change.

In the USA, online gambling is almost completely forbidden minus some states with local exceptions. Looking at some old press releases from the FBI and arrests, it looks like they take it very seriously and I wonder if promoting casino affiliate offers would fall within the scope of "soliciting online gambling" which might as well be literal terrorism as far as the FBI is concerned

What do you guys think? Worth looking into? Perhaps just promote it everywhere but USA? Any networks you would recommend to start with or would it be better to work with casinos directly?

UK AU CA are hot hot hot, same for the Nordic countries! Most of them have their own (private) network which you can find easily.
They are eager for new players anytime!

So, in 2017 it's going very strong towards regulations. The opportunities shrank a lot. Markets like Poland, Czech, Netherlands and others are closed. As for the good markets - definitely Scandinavian markets, still German, still English-speaking tier 1 countries (No US and i would say no AU as well). Check with every casino that you work with what markets they work with and what markets they don't take.

You can run “social casino” app install games in the USA. Related offers like fan duel / draft kings are good also.

Gambling regulations are tightening up worldwide, so be careful with any geos your AM might push. UK especially, you’ll risk massive fines if caught running misleading creatives

Thanks for the response. I still see some people running Casino on countries like Germany and other European ones on native, but I checked with my account managers and realized that it was not allowed on RevContent and Content.Ad.

Are they running different compliant offers or is it just a matter of cloaking?

I've just come across this thread. I’ve currently been running Canadian Casino pretty heavily, and Im achieving $8 EPC’s or so with the current operator where Im sending most of my traffic to. Im at about a 25% Click to reg and a 30% reg to dep. All FB. I wanted to see if anyone was achieving a higher EPC anywhere else, so maybe I could split test? Im quite happy with my results atm but figured since Im sending quite a bit it could be worth my while to split test. Also, is anyone else having any success with other geos on FB casino?

Are you sure India converts well? I have talked to some networks here who say they would convert (Signup to FTD) like 1-2% in Casino/Gambling niche.

Casino is very stable industry no matter what happens
If some regions\countries are forbidden - still there's much more when it goes perfectly
Australia, Poland, Finland, Norway and so on

Lots of offers in the casino/gambling both in apps/CPL versions. We ahve been running them for quite some time in a variety of geos.
