AdCash direct link to Mobidea - Campaign rejected

Hello,

I've just signed up with Adcash, made my first campaign with an offer that already is working at other pop-sources.
Even the direct link, without any tracker or lp, is rejected.

'Reason: Page not found. The landing page we are trying to reach cannot be found on the server. Please review
your campaign and resubmit it for validation.'

Had anyone this experience with them? If so was there a solution?

Does the offer only accept carrier traffic?

If that's the case, perhaps they're having trouble seeing the offer page.

Try sending a screenshot of the offer to them (you can sometimes get this from the aff network / advertiser).

If the offer accepts wifi, then you can use a VPN to browse to your camp url to verify that it's ending up at the right offer - then take a screenshot and email that to them.

Yes, they accept only carrier traffic, so I'll sent them a screenshot.

Thanks for this great tip !

Adcash seems to reject every campaign, never answer any emails and the online chat says online, but after a minute or so the message says there is no one available.

Most recent Adcash campaign is to my company homepage;
http://redsto.com/
No tracker, no nothing just direct to our homepage.

And guess what, it is suspended (?????????)

Campaign validation report

The following problems were found during campaign validation:

  1. Field Product URL is invalid:
    • Incomplete site.
The landing page must be a fully formatted website and contain, at the very least, written content and images that relate to the advertised product. Please review the following elements to ensure that they work and are accessible by the user: tabs, links, content to download, social media, etc.

These problems should be fixed in order to approve campaign launch.

Question 1:

Is the support of Adcash always this bad or do I have the wrong account manager here?

Question 2:

Is it worthwhile to get anything approved there?
(is there enough traffic, is it of decent quality)

In my experience, account managers are good and the standard customer support is completely dehumanised. I've had a few unpleasant encounters with them.

If you have an account manager, talk to them on Skype or email them directly, don't go through the standard support emails.

Regarding the second question, it really depends on what you are promoting. They are not that different from most traffic sources - a certain percentage of bots, and generally cheap with low conversion rates but can be profitable, and sometimes very profitable.

Unfortunately I do not have an account manager, so it must be the automated system that is failing here.

Is there anyone at STM that knows somebody at Adcash?

I've recently had my account manager changed and we haven't been running much with them lately - that makes it a bit hard to recommend from my part unfortunately.

The only thing I can think of that AdCash has been on my servers in the past with a low buying intent (fe hacking, spamming or spytools) and is flagged by my software.

Any idea where AdCash is operating?

Hello,

Just fyi, at last a campaign has been approved. It is an offer from another network (again) and that was doing the trick.

Missed this somehow - they are registered in Estonia, not sure whereabouts they have their servers though.
