Frequency/Capping set to 1/24 but seeing multiple visits from same ip ?

hi there

I set propeller ads frequency capping 1/24 that means each user can only see my ad once/24h , but in Voluum I checked report, I'm getting multiple visits from the same ips within 10-20 minutes , does that mean those ips are bots ?

If you have multiple ads in your campaing, on some brokers the cap implies the number of times each ad is seen per IP.

So if you have 10ads, its possible the user will see all 10 before begin capped.

I am not sure if this is true for propeller, but this is the case with some other brokers.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. Some ISPs / Mobile Carriers will use a single IP for lots of users/customers.

But of course, you can always ask PropellerAds support about this to get their input.
