It's a good idea to plan meeting ahead of attending a conference, but shouldn't it work out for you ... make sure to stop by exhibitors booths and check which ones are organizing special events or meetups for affiliates, there are always beers or other alcohol involved, which makes it easier to break the barriers 
Hanging out in the chill out zones helps too ... there are always some people who don't mind to have a short talk, and you never know who you meet there.
Yeah,You are right.And I am not mean for plan a meeting.Maybe just add on skype,then we know we are in one party.Then have beers that's all.
