The problem is this: I run my advertisements, they get the status of "activing" and traffic does not come.
Sometimes it happens that ads can write off a lot of money in 30 minutes, and after I create new ones - again stop and no traffic.
This is even on the account where I have already passed two payment limits.
What does it depend on? What to do?
Nearly time Facebook get a lot of problem.Maybe Facebook just aim at you.
I think change the account and maybe use some other kinds of account.

- fb page deleted? check preview of the ads to be sure the fb page isn't deleted (preview gives an error if page is deleted)
- you bid too low? so no traffic coming
- if it's none of the things above, you probably being checked manually
