Question about Zero Park
Hello. I'm trying to sign up Zero Park but the form needs a SSN/TAX/VAT ID. I'm not from the US so this ID seems to be mandatory. The problem is that here in Spain in can take a few month to get that ID. Another problem is that you need to be self employed to have a VAT ID, I'm currently I'm working for a company. Other traffic sources don't ask for this ID. Maybe the solution to get this VAT ID is more simple than I think, but reading a few spanish forums it seems hard to get. Does anybody from out of the US had the same problem? Thank you in advance.

Getting a VAT ID should be relatively straight forward for your company. Best to ask your tax consultant/accountant though.
It's pretty standard to have one and ask for one if you do business from within the EU - AdCash and Propeller also have this now.

Thank you for answering so quickly. The problem I'm seeing is that it seems to be incredibly difficult to get that VAT ID (at least here in Spain). For some people it took three months to get one. In the meantime I’m doing a little research to see the easiest way to do it. The main problem is all the bureaucracy that can take forever. Anyway, maybe I’m lucky and I’ll get it sooner.

I got mine in 2-3 days. It's only slow if your company is selling goods in a storefront, because of all the VAT fraud with such companies, so they inspect manually. Online companies rarely get inspected to my inderstanding.

The difference should be that without this number there will be the VAT tax (like 22%) added to each deposit. However, if you verify your account in some other way, you should be able to run even without the VAT number - though it will be more expensive. You won't solve it here, just contact your AM at ZP.

They're not allowed to charge 0 VAT unless they can verify your VAT number. If you don't have a VAT number they have to charge VAT like you were an end consumer, and it will be 21% more expensive. It is really easy to get the number in Spain. We have 2 Spanish SL companies and they both have EU VAT numbers.

Thank you all for the great answers. The company where I work is a bit pìcky when it comes to asking for these kind of things. I'll try to find a way to
have my own VAT ID.

Getting your own company and getting registered for VAT is kinda mandatory if you really want to give AM a proper try. As guys above mentioned, without VAT ID, you will be paying 20%-22% more for traffic at any EU source ... which is like starting with -20% ROI right of the bat and that's the last thing you want.
I know that several EU countries started to be really anal about handing out VAT IDs, it's the same in Slovakia, but it's easier with certain types of businesses.

I called the tax department and it seems it's easier than I thought (as jessejames stated). It can take some time but hopefuly it won't be months. As soon as I have the VAT ID, I'll update this post so it can help others in my same situation. Thanks to everyone that helped.
