Hello Again Guys,
Here it goes my ecommerce
TonyStarkShop.com
I have been working lately on it, a lot. and more work is to be done!
My strategy is a general store, where I have the liberty to test niches and good products before they go onto niche stores!
I started with LDSman.com copying most of his product description because 1)I believed that was an X XXX XXX recipe, on which I need to add traffic. 2) I dont know if I am very good at copy writing. here's an example of an original description here . Nerd alert!
Angle
Im trying to take an angle small start-up business.
Design
Plan is, in the next days to change and Photoshop all images.
Also I want to create some links between products, creating bundles and offers, when I find a plugin to do that.
Marketing
In terms of marketing, im thinking to broadcast live video/reviews/unpacking/anything related to each product, on facebook and youtube page.
Ideally, I would start Facebook ads after few sales, and after @carmen post 3rd part cooking book. No rush!
btw million thanks for the two previous Cooking books
to carumen, pekadis, manu, and all rockstars here! oh and IamAtila..that guy...
I started with lots of products, but I feel I would have done this anyway, so some extra work at the beginning would make rich products offer, which should improve the legitimacy of the shop... hopefully.
What do u guys think?
HI there,
Thanks for sharing your store, it always gives many people the opportunity to learn.
$ome feedback:
- I'd get a copywriter to write for you. You did really well with the pictures, but there's a disconnect between the product page you gave as an example and the about page. The copy on the product pages could be better. Example: https://tonystarkshop.com/products/c...ego-compatible
- The unboxing / product demo videos are a great idea. Youtube and video are powerful and can really drive traffic and assist conversions. Make sure you embed the videos on the product page and add them to Facebook.
- there's an awefully long category list on the left side of the page. Cut it short to relevant categories
I see some elements from the LDSman website, make sure there's some thought behind adding their design elements. Just copying and pasting not lead to success,
Nothing wrong with copying, but know why.
Hope this helps..
