A Campaign That Matters: Helping Baby Gia! (4)

Hey all,

Recently one of our iStack Familia members in the Philippines had a baby - but sadly she came very premature, leading to intensive care and staggering ongoing hospital bills.

To help get through it they started a fundraising campaign so that their friends and family could donate to help them through this challenging time.

This staff member is one of our awesome developers who helps us build amazing things across all of iStack, so we felt we should share this so that our affiliate marketing community can give a little to something that truly matters.

We have already shared this with our personal networks, on Facebook, the MRKTRS group etc. and many people have donated already -- amazing to see. Every little bit helps and I know they (and we) are truly grateful for any contribution of any size.

Just wanting to bump this to get more eyeballs - it's only been a couple days and the campaign is already at close to 70% funded! It fills me with glad to see how kind and powerful we are as a community - let's see if we can push it all the way to 100%!

Hey all, it's with great sadness I report that baby Gia lost her battle yesterday, despite the best efforts of the hospital and everyone involved.

Really sad to see things go that way but at least everyone tried their best. I have asked for them to leave the fundraiser open since the support remains just as meaningful right now.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this worthy cause.
