Are you looking for JUST PPV networks in the strictest sense - where you can target by keyword in publisher sites? If so I don't know of any other except the ones you've mentioned.

Or would pop/redirect traffic networks be OK as well? If so, optifyme has listed some good ones. Other major ones are PropellerAds, PopAds, PopCash, SelfAdvertiser, Adcash.
