I am looking for a little advise. I have this offer the CPA is 33 dollars and 5 dollar for every subscription that stays on. It is a monthly subscription customers will variety of of adult toys each month. It ranges from pocket p***Y, dildo, and etc a very large selection. I have started on FB just to get some traffic going but not sure what the best source would be maybe display on dating site, banner on adult site or etc. This is the first thing I have ever done in the adult space so any help is appreciated.

I would recommend that you try both channels (Mainstream and adult)
In facebook ads you can work well promoting fanpage (with soft images)
And in Google adwords with concrete keywords
Also try on the main adult sources: Exoclick, trafficfactory, Reporo, Trafficjunky, Plugrush ...
After all, everything is based on testing, testing and testing
I agree with what sonarclick posted above, as long as you can get away with this on adwords and facebook, you should be able to sell your offer there.
Members of adult dating/content sites could be a great match for you too, check out traffihaus, adnium or etology for such traffic.
Email traffic would work well too, try to reach out to gamma entertainment, they do a lot of mailings so maybe you could strike a deal with them.
Another option would be to buy posts (plugs) or text/image ads on some adult sites, check out morazzia.com for example and try to contact the owner, he sells this and can get you in touch with a bunch of similar sites owners.
A great match for you would be also adult chatboards/forums - especially with amateur or swingers communities ...
There is a lot you can do, you just need to search for it a bit.
I wouldn't recommend buying traffic on the standard tube sites, the bids there are set by dating advertisers ... you can't compete with that with a sex-toys offer.
