Tracker Not Registering Conversions? (5)

Hey guys, I just noticed that my tracker (using Funnel Flux) is not tracking conversions properly for 1 of my offers. Meaning conversions will show up on the Cake platform at the Affiliate network but they're not showing up in FF. So basically I have no idea where the conversion came from and can't use that data to optimize my campaign.

This seems to be happening mainly on 1 offer (I'm losing about 50% of the conversions from there...my other offers aren't that bad) and I THINK it might have gotten worse after the offer recently switched me to lite-clicks. Unfortunately this is my most profitable/promising offer so this really sucks .

I contacted FF and am waiting to hear back from them but I'd like your guys' input too. Any ideas of what is causing this? Or how to fix it?

P.S. Running this on Pops on Zeropark if that makes any difference.

You might want to take a look at using Voluum for your zeropark campaigns, they fully integrate (same company) and clicks are free after the monthly fee

A good rule of thumb is to make sure you're using the affiliate network's subIDs to pass things like click ID, even source ID (3-4 important values) that way if this happens, you can go into their reporting and see which clicks / sources converted. Having click ID/transaction ID at a minimum is good. That way you can take that ID back to your tracker, plug it in and check all the data points your tracker offers.

Just acts as sort of a fail safe. Hopefully you caught it before you spent a lot.

Yeah thanks guys. I think I figured it out. It seems like these lost conversions were delayed conversions so they don't show up in my dashboard or get passed to Zeropark (for some reason) but they do show up if I use the drill down tables to look at my stats. It's kind of annoying because it takes longer to get the data...but at least I can get to it and didn't waste all that money.

Thanks for your help. I'm really thinking about switching to Voluum and yes I am passing the click ids and sources (although sometimes those don't show up either...but I guess that's a separate issue :/)

It may happen sometimes that Cake does some pretty odd things. I've had similar experience with Thrive ending up escalating tickets and response request to their support on why conversions weren't showing up on my tracker. Long story short, next week my AM accepted they were facing some postback delays where some conversions didn't even get posted at all. On top of that, the same network had a delayed postback of around 30+ conversions in about 10 days later from a campaign I stopped sending traffic due to poor results on well tested traffic.

One thing I would suggest is checking with your AM if there are any known cases with delayed postbacks for that offer.
