Live chat works pretty well with exit pops or popunder traffic from adult sites ... this is usually bought directly by the site owners themselves, so might be complicated to find some good traffic at a fair price ... but you can try it.
Banners on certain sites will work well too : escort, amateur communities, swingers portals ... anything except for the regular tubes. Don't get me wrong, Tubes can work too, but the bid prices will be too high for these offers. What some people do is setup a whitelabel cam site, then upload videos to tubes, that carry a watermark with a link to the whitelabel... or a few frames with the link at the beginning or at the end.
