Hey there!

Yes it seems like at this point you should have already got a couple of conversions, but what about Clicks?
Are you direct linking?
There are several reasons to this, and I believe we'd need to have a bit more information from you to understand the issue.

It could be connected with the quality of traffic that you are getting. You might get a lot of impressions, but if your bid is too low, and you are getting not enough clicks. Might be connected with the creatives or offers that are not performing well. The screenshot you've shared is for different offers or completely different campaigns? Are these three for the same GEO? Or is it a test of landing pages?

They were different offers: Main India, AF -> Mobidea -- Traffic source -> Propellar Ads

Honestly, with this type of offer it's better to use a landing page. I think it will be much more efficient, than running directly.
Also, I'd suggest you to check the offers' performance once again, because those might be not the best for the moment. Please, check our "Opportunities" page, and contact the support team, so that they can give the best advises! You could also ask them for the list of the best Sweepstakes (those work well, especially in Brazil, and they have to have a lander) or Pin Submits (those can possibly work direct linking).
