Hi guys,
I am building my website atm, Joining ecommerce dream and i have come across this website. 2nd Result from <site:myshopify.com "bag">.
https://www.skinnydiplondon.com/

and if u can see, as you have no other choice, in the middle beautiful rainbow and pride and all that # trendy stuff.
but my question is does anyone know how the plugin is called they used? Or is it even a plugin? or theme ?
defiantly some custom job.
I havent seen it around!
DO you guys think this would convert?
Anyone tried it?
And if all proves right, can i customise it?
Thanks,
I will update you on my first sale!
Jonathan
PS. apologies for the large picture, but i didnt knew how to put it in. So i had to do it anyway.
so thats how i see this shopping AM thing. DO it no matter what
I don't see what's special about it. Just a slider with some images.
Pretty standard I'd say.
Something you should not copy though.
Both big images and sliders look impressive, but in general do not benefit your sales.
Keep us posted on your progress though - always good to have people share their journey
The website is quite seasonal in a way - though I imagine the model can be replicated for Pride Days around the world. Generally cities have one each year so you might be able to do something with this.
Regarding the plugin, are you referring to the mouse cursor changing style?
Thanks for replies, guys!
@pekadis, i dont copy them as I decided to start with a general store and their content would be relevant to me. My example which i copied is LDSman.com
My copy is TonyStarkShop.com. Im in the middle of building it. I have to get into payment processor and finish checkout. Basically im in the point where Carmen finished The CookBook part2.
My plan is, however, to edit images in Photoshop and find a video with each product, to use on the websites products page and on Facebook Page Broadcasting LIVE that content, hoping to reach likes and audiences, and ultimately sale!
I could edit together 30 min -1h of video content in Premiere and broadcast this "1 hour video ad" on Facebook Live with Open Broadcast!
But for now, i have more adjustments to do, design wise
exactly @manu, i mean the mouse cursor!
I'm trying to integrate a nlp angle, and i think testing and having the cursor customized would be something worth testing. Maybe that rainbow could be changed to βοΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½or even letter T as my shop is tonystarkshop.com
Ultimately im looking to make my shop stand out, but in a 'converting way'... Something that won't scare them off, but just put my website to stand out. A custom green check sign like this or idk.

Facebook Ads would be my main source of traffic, but im into any psychological and NLP tricks to increase sales and conversion.
I would appreciate some feedback.
PS. I dont know if i am a good copywriter, despite writing film script and stories as in my BA Film degree but i have copied LDSman.com product description. I thought i will only complicate things, and its not worth spoiling a X.XXX.XXX$ recipe with my overthinking. but please tell me if i should change the description as mine is not original 100%.
You can use this plugin on Chrome to spy on other

I'm just getting in to ecommerce myself, but I would suggest you keep it very simple until you gain a bit of traction. You can spend weeks working on bells and whistles when you should be just testing, testing, testing. Dedicate your time to finding a winning product before you worry about making the perfect store.
