Automation Q on Cutting Placements

Hey guys,

So an issue we're trying to solve now is how to make our traffic sources stop sending to certain placements after xxx impressions (automatically). We run in some Geos that have their best times of day while we're sleeping, and we don't like waking up to a waste of 500+ impressions on a placement with zero conversions.

We know about http://driveads.co/, which would solve this problem except it's for native.

What do you guys use to help automate this for mobile pop?

Hey saigonscott,

have some good news for you and all pop-ers .

We just introduced TheOptimizer (native) few days ago and preparing to do the same in a week with its "little" brother TheOptimizer (mobile) .

Have been testing it internally for a few months now and have had really good results.

So stay tuned

PS: what would be your top 5 pop sources that you would like to see supported by the platform?

AdCash, Propeller, PopAds, AdsTerra, ClickAdu would probably be my top 5 fwiw.

Sweet !

Seems like we are covering the main traffic sources already then (propeller, zeropark, popcash, plugrush and popads). As soon as we open the beta will start adding the rest, Tonic, ClickAdu, Adcash etc.

What about in term of features, what would you like to see implemented?

We have the standard stuff of course, cost and revenue by campaign and by publisher, and automatic rules to cut non performing publishers. But of course any suggestion regarding other features to include is very appreciated.

Ad Networks: ZeroPark, PlugRush, PopCash, PropellerAds
Don't mean to hijack the convo, just mentioning that from the Mobile version landing page - no PopAds in the list, wasn't sure if not included yet or just forgotten.

You right it is not on the landing page yet, , but just because we have not totally decided if to include it right away with the first launch or do some more tests.

Unfortunately some API functionalities are missing in Popads, and looking on how to solve that.

Anyways consider Popads as part of the platform

Hey Scott!

I totally understand your frustration when waking up and having some placements suck, or be pure bot traffic.
We are much similar to drivads but we are focusing on pop/ppv traffic. Currently we support Zeropark as well as Exoclick, and are in the process of testing more integrations and plan to released to public by by next week (propellerads, plugrush, popads for example). Our system automatically blocks placements depending on the rules you set, as well as we can send you notifications.
