where do you guys get your professional product videos made? i.e. showing how a product works, its features, etc...
Well - where do affiliates get their landing pages from?
There's a lot of rip n' run going on here - but you do need to do some basic editing. The landing page analogy is pretty good, just that this might be somewhat of a less common skill than coding.
You need to cut this up in 3 parts:
1. Write a script that basically spells out what you want from the video and which features you want to show. Thinks about the style as well, so at the end, it's easier for the editor to create the write effects and add the right music
2. Film whatever needs filming. either have that done, or do it yourself if you;re on a budget. You can do a lot with basic cameras and good lighting.
Film in different takes and name the files for easier processing afterwards
3. Find an editor who can piece it all together and basically create the video with your material and instructions. This is time consuming and best left to a pro.
Where to find these:
upwork.com, peopleperhour.com, freelancer.com, fiverr.com
Hope this helps..

It all depends on what your budget is. Most of these services will cost you quite a bit.
In the end we went with the cheap option since we were bootstrapping
Camtasia Studio + Voice Narrator from Fiverr (+ a lot of work)
