Plz Help me increase CTR on my survey page

Hey guys,
I have a lander that is performing pretty well and a decent angle to try but I losing people at my survey page (about 50% ctr).

The lander is basically a do you agree with this yes /no type and then I have a short survey relating to that topic.

Here is what they see (minus the survey) after clicking the LP. Anyone have any ninja or jedi mind tricks for getting more people to complete this survey?

Appreciate any help

I can post the improvements any idea produces also.

PPV can basically go one of several ways: Interruption, relevance, or a combination of the two.

It seems to me your best bet here would be to focus on relevance, since you're doing a survey. So make sure your survey topic is highly relevant to the pages you're bidding on. If you're already doing this -- and I would guess you are -- then experiment with making LPs match the pages you're bidding on -- if only in color scheme.

play with the number of questions....and as other have said make the survey seem relevant to the page your popping over.....

also try dropping the survey entirely.....and just do a basic poll...then on page 2 they magically "qualify" for today's giveaway...

you can also try angles like "get your bonus".....pop over product pages....offering a "bonus" gift card for answering a few questions.....

Thanks guys, I have gotten a 78% improvement by moving to one question per page and switching the text around a bit.
I'll keep testing more ideas.

Have you tried adding social proof? E.g testimonials, or like button, or "x people have won ipads today.

Have you tried matching the sites font and colors you are targeting?

Great advice, I will try that as well.
This is something that is trending right now and I am using mostly keywords.
If I can find any higher volume sites I can emulate them.
