Looking to start running white hat.

Is there a decent guide about?

In terms of step by step, what kind offers to run, videos/images, kind of landing pages that are accepted, types of ads, spying on ads/landers.

Anything would be handy. Not keen on going down the blackhat route now.

In addition, whats the rules on ripping other peoples videos on facebook and using them as your own ads?

All the guides you will find here, or let's say waste majority of them, are more or less white hat - just do not cloak, do not push shady offers and that's it pretty much. As long as you're not breaking the rules of affiliate or traffic networks, you are technically running white-hat. The core principles of AM are the same for white and blackhat, it's all about how you execute the whole funnel.

You won't find much info on whitehat FB on this forum, most STM-type people run FB BH.

I'd say, it's shifting quite a lot, from what I know, many of STM members are actually moving from black/gray to white completely. There is also way more white-hat FB stuff posted lately, compared to the past. As everything in AM, STM forum is evolving too
