When going to an offer funnel, I want to test if it converts and make sure that I have set up everything well to be ready for running.
But some lead gen offers ask to give some info such as phone number which is unlikely for me to have the exact one though I have some searches on Google.
I think that there may be some other info that I will encounter with if I want to test the conversion by my own.
So is there anyway to test the offer and see if a conversion is reported in the stats of the tracker and affiliate network ?

You can try to ask your AM to send you a test conversion.
What Erik suggested is the best way for checking if it works on the affiliate network and tracker. From my experience, affiliate networks don't have problems reporting conversions in their own dashboards - the issue is more often with reporting to your tracker, aka S2S postback integration.
