First Attempt eCom / Dropshipping Store

CIAO to everyones.

I'm Federico from Italy. (I apologize in advance for my english)

I want to post a follow along thread to my journey in ecommerce/dropshipping so maybe someone can give me some advice.

I did not know whether to post or not directly the link of the store but then I reflected:I'm here to learn. I am in a community with the largest affiliate marketers in the world who earn thousands of dollars a day ...

If I place the store directly I can have better and more targeted tips and (hopefully) I can grow more.

I'm interested in learning the path

So here it is:

https://makelelestore.com/

1 - What do you think about the store??

The idea behind the store is to sell bikini and beachwear using the angle of the "positive" life style... i don't konw if it make sense...

There is something missing??... what i did well and what i did wrong??

It took me about a week to create this. I want to define a pattern that i can use to create others stores.

2 - Start Advertising

Today I launch my first two campaign to drive traffic to this store.

i start with UK...
(because i want to target english-speaking country and i've read somewhere that the traffic in European Country is cheaper)

i've create 2 campaign to test 2 different audience:

Audience 1
UK - 18-45 - ENGLISH Speaking

BEHAVIOUR
Frequency Travelers

INTEREST
BEACHWEAR (but also) > Shopping Online (but also) > BIKINI (but also) > SEA (but also) > BEACH

Dimension : 8,5K

Audience 2

UK - 18-45 - ENGLISH Speaking

INTEREST

BEACHWEAR (but also) > Shopping Online (but also) > BIKINI (but also) > a TON of specifics page like =
Beach Bunny Swimwear, Maaji Swimwear, Soak Swimwear, Dangerous Curves Swimwear, ACACIA SWIMWEAR, Lime Ricki Swimwear, Bikini Lovers, Swimwear World, Trops Swimwear, Kaikini Bikinis, Fathom Swimwear, Bikini & Beachwear, bikiniworld o San Lorenzo Bikinis

Dimension: 1,4K

same Ad for both the campaign.

AD

image - same of the product image in the store

copy (i use emojis but i don't know how to type it in this thread :P)

NEED A NEW BIKINI??
GET YOUR HERE -> link <3
Please Tag and Share to your friends who would love this!!!

To find this copy I simply go to facebook search bar and I search "GET YOUR HERE". It show a lot of POST and it gave me some inspiration...

I hope that maybe this tip will be useful to someone...

Budget 10$ a day for each campaign.

I don't know to much of facebook ads...
My strategy is to train the pixel and then do a lookalike audience and CONVERSION campaign...

Thank you if you read all of this.

We'll see how they go

Great work on getting going with your store!

Initial suggestion: get an English-language editor or proofreader to look at your front page and the product pages you're actively promoting, at least. There are some grammar mistakes on there that will distract the audience and potentially make them trust your store less. (Your English is fine for communicating on here - and it's certainly a lot better than my Italian! - but for product pages you need it to be close to perfect.) For example, on the front page, "Life doesen't MUST be so damn complicated" should be "Life doesn't HAVE to be so damn complicated", or similar.

Your FB audiences look a bit small, but we'll see how you go. My guess is that you're going to run out of converters before you hit the necessary 100 conversions for a Lookalike Audience, but you could maybe run off View Content instead to general the LLA. Even then, you'll need 8% of your smaller audience to see your pages before you can create an LLA! However, this is a problem that's easy enough to diagnose after you've run ads and seen if it's a problem.

I would let someone proofread the english on the site - let a native speaker go over it. There's quite a few errors - which creates a natural distrust in your store.

Also, you only have 1 picture per product. Check http://ariavoss.com/ and "learn" a bit from them :-)

Make sure to have the following apps on your page:
Oberlo, Aftership, Persistent Cart, Abandonment Protector, Mailchimp, Google analytics, Recommendify, In Cart Upsell, Hurrify, Tidio Live Chat, Fomo

Put some trust logos on the cart page and check outp age as well (mcafee, norton, google trusted store, etc). Put some testimonials on your page (fake or real, doesnt matter). Its all about creating, TRUST, URGENCY and SCARCITY in the users mind.

Make an FAQ by pretending you are a user and that you are a complete idiot. Use that mindset when building the FAQ section.

Also try to sell your products on www.wish.com - this is a MASSIVE sales channel with still relatively low competition.
Prices are generally lower though but you dont need to spend anything on marketing. So just lower the price substantially and orders will start coming in.

As soon as you see sales coming in start negotiating prices with your Ali suppliers. Although the prices seem already xtremely cheap to you, know that they are STILL taking a massive margin. You can lower that price (divide by 2 or 3 depending on volumes or the potential they see in you).
