I honestly never buy those courses. There are literally dozens of them popping lately and I know some of the guys who make them personally thus I know how much of a bullshit that is.
I'm not sure who's "Jon Loomer" but I can bet that it's some bullshit for newbies, especially when they claim to teach you "Facebook Pixel", for god sake what can one pack in a 4 weeks training about such a simple thing?

I bought his course. The material he provides is too general. Almost nothing you can apply to affiliate marketing.
And the price is to high. To what I remember, the price is around $500.

Went through the pixel training. Kinda basic, and not very applicable to affiliate marketing. Spent a lot of time covering the basics.
Bought his course 2 years ago.
Basically he just went through the buttons and settings in power editor, no strategies at all. It may be suitable for someone who is totally new to online world and needs to know what this button does. It may changed since then, but I doubt.
Only thing I found useful were his cheatsheets of the proper image sizes for different kind of FB ads, covers etc. which were I think anyway free on his blog.
I would recommend more affiliate related course or just read through STM and you will learn much more.
