it is first time to me to got banned from Facebook account
i want to know what will happen if i removed my credit card from this account and add it into new ad account ?
is there any issue if i did that ?
Yea, payment method is blocked with the account.
This is why most BH marketers are hustling to get corporate bank accounts in order to get multiple debit cards. (or use services like iDeal for prepayments / http://advertisementcards.io/ for virtual CCs).
You will need to use a different card.
Although if you got flagged for unusual activity, try to contact support, you may have a chance of getting that account back.

You may get away with a CC on a second account at max, depending on what card it is.
Have you tried appealing the ban or its a straight up hard ban?
In most cases appealing up to 4-5x can get an account back, but this is totally related to why it was banned in the first place haha
