Recently Content.ad decided to check my billing details and requested passport scan copy, filled provided form and Cc scan copy.
I provided everything.
But since then I always get "Your payment didn't go through" error message whenever I try to add funds.
Can not fund the account neither with the card nor with PayPal. And their support is pretty slow and to say the least not helpful at all.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
Or maybe someone has direct contacts there?
