Cheap Traffic Sources for POPs/Redirects?

Anyone know of any cheap traffic sources for POPs and Redirects?

I know Zeropark has $.1 CPM and Plugrush has $.25 CPM as a minimum bid. Are there any other traffic sources with comparable prices? Most of the other sources I've checked out has a significantly more expensive minimum. Thanks.

Even though they have those minimum bids, you would hardly get any traffic bidding that low.
Also cheap traffic not equals quality, so sometimes it is better to bid higher but get quality traffic.
Propeller is pretty cheap though.

Exoclick has $0.10 CPM pops for a lot of countries (though not everything with such low min. bid)

PropellerAds is $0.30 minimum if you enable Traffic Boost.

HilltopAds' non-direct inventory starts at $0.35 for all GEOs (your AM will have to set bid manually).

ClickAdu has minimum bid of $0.40 CPM (I think that's still pretty cheap...)

On some of the sources I'm running with higher minimum bids, I see CVRs that are 2-4x that of the cheaper places, so it can definitely balance out at such sources, assuming the traffic quality is nice.

Yes to me the lowering of minimum bids is basically the traffic source saying "we know the traffic is shit and full of bots but we're not going to do anything about it so here, you can have it at a lower price. Please take it"

Thanks for all the replies guys.

And yeah I get that cheaper traffic generally = lower quality but I've been able to make some campaigns work with really low bids so I'd like to find some other traffic sources to expand to. I also like it for offers with cheaper payouts and to test new offers without burning through a ton of cash. And once I know a campaign is performing well I will usually up the bid anyway.

So from what I can gather there really aren't that many traffic sources with $0.1 CPM minimum bids?

On some Traffic sources you will be able to bid lower while using API to bid and not the self-serve platform

Hmmm I never knew that. Thanks. I'll look into it.

By bidding low you will usually get the traffic that no one buys.

It might work good with some sources, so definitely worth a try, but in most cases it will be garbage.

Some sources may allow lower bids, you can try to reach out to traffic source reps and ask about these options.

Why bot? It can be traffic at a low demand. As the example, from mobile phone models you never heard of.
